Training For A 5-10km Run

I recently started training to run 5-10 km, and my first run was 4.76km from Fabijoniškės to Santariškės. It was more challenging than I expected, especially when it came to managing my pace. At the beginning, I felt like I was either running too fast and burning out or too slow and losing motivation. Finding that balance was tough, and I had to really push myself to keep going.

Even though it was hard, it felt incredibly rewarding to finish. This first run taught me that consistency is key, and I know my endurance and pacing will improve with time and practice. It also showed me the importance of mental strength. I’m excited to keep training and see how far I can go.

Outcome 2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills.
