Training for a 5-10km Run in the Gym on the Treadmill

I’ve been training for a 5-10km run, and lately, I’ve been using the treadmill at the I go to gym (GymPlius) to build up my endurance. Running on the treadmill has its challenges, especially with the monotony, but it allows me to focus on improving my pace in a controlled environment.

One of the things I’ve focused on is gradually increasing the distance and adjusting the speed to push myself. I’ve noticed that I can handle longer runs now, and I’m starting to feel more confident in my ability to keep up a steady pace. It’s been rewarding to track my progress, as the treadmill’s data lets me see my improvement in real-time.

The training has also helped me learn more about my limits and how to pace myself.
