Doing Various Pilates Workouts for a Week (1st week)

For the past week, I committed to doing Pilates workouts daily, following an online class by Move with Nicole  (Video I used) . This experience was a combination of relaxation, core engagement, and overall body strengthening. I initially expected Pilates to be relatively easy since it doesn’t require weights or intense cardio, but I quickly realized how challenging it can be especially when holding positions that require core stability and endurance.

This experience reinforced the importance of consistency in fitness and how small daily efforts lead to noticeable progress. It also served as a great way to balance my other activities with physical well-being.
