Doing Pilates Workouts From Youtube

This week I tried a 10-minute beginner Pilates full-body workout from YouTube. It started off gently with stretches and breathing exercises, which helped me feel more present and focused before moving into the core work. The session included crunches, leg extensions, and the hundred exercise, which really worked my abs. There were also glute bridges and leg pulses that made my muscles burn but in a good way.

Even though it was short, the workout felt effective because every movement had to be controlled and paired with breathing. I especially liked the stretches at the end because they released tension and left me feeling more relaxed. Overall, it was a simple but refreshing workout, and I felt stronger and more energized afterward.
