Sewing a Little Shirt for a Robotics Team Mascot

For this activity, I sewed a small shirt for our robotics team mascot using leftover fabric scraps from when we were testing our team T-shirt designs. Instead of throwing the pieces away, I decided to reuse them creatively to make something meaningful for our team. I planned the layout of the different fabric pieces, cut them to size, and stitched them together into a tiny shirt that matched our team’s style and colors.

This was a fun and creative project that also required patience and precision. Since I don’t usually sew small clothing items, it was a bit challenging to make everything fit together neatly, but I improved as I went along. It was rewarding to see how something made from leftover materials could become a unique part of our team identity.

Through this activity, I demonstrated creativity, perseverance, and attention to detail. It also strengthened my connection to the team - our mascot now wears the same design as we do, representing our unity and spirit.
