Training For A 10km Run

As part of my training for a 10 km run, I completed a 7.57 km run along the Gelos ežeras route. This run felt especially rewarding because it showed clear progress toward my goal. The distance was challenging, but the route itself made the experience very enjoyable - running next to the lake helped me stay motivated and focused throughout.

Physically, the run pushed my endurance and required me to pace myself carefully. Mentally, it reminded me how important consistency and patience are when training for longer distances. Even when I felt tired toward the end, I was proud that I managed to finish strong and stay committed to my plan. This experience reinforced the value of setting long-term goals and working toward them step by step. Each run builds confidence and brings me closer to completing the full 10 km distance.
